Total Voting Rights - Month-end Notification

 

As at  31  October  2012  the  Company's  issued  share  capital  consists  of 
268,328,344 ordinary shares,  to which an  equal number of  voting rights  are 
attached.

 

There are no treasury shares with suspended voting rights.

 

Therefore, the total  number of shares  with voting rights  in the Company  is 
268,328,344.

 

The above  figure may  be used  by  shareholders as  the denominator  for  the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a  change to their  interest in, Aggreko  plc under the  FSA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
