As at 31 October 2012, Bunzl plc's capital consisted of 355,334,290 ordinary
shares with voting rights of which Bunzl plc holds 23,325,000 ordinary shares
in treasury.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in Bunzl plc is
332,009,290.

 

The figure of 332,009,290 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will be determined if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bunzl plc under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
