International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. - voting rights

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules,  International 
Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. ("IAG")  announces that, on 31 October  2012 
it had 1,855,369,557 ordinary shares of the  same class and series and with  a 
nominal value of  0.50 euro each,  fully subscribed and  paid.  Each  ordinary 
share carries  the right  to one  vote  in relation  to all  circumstances  at 
general meetings  of  IAG.   Accordingly,  IAG  had  total  voting  rights  of 
1,855,369,557.  No shares were held in Treasury.
