BETHESDA, Md. -- October 31, 2012

LaSalle Hotel Properties (NYSE:LHO) today announced no reported injuries at
its East Coast properties and those properties did not suffer any physical
damage related to Hurricane Sandy.

our hotels. We are still assessing the business impact and determining our
