                             Total Voting Rights

 

 

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, The
Go-Ahead Group plc is required to notify the market of the following:

 

As at 31^st October 2012, Go-Ahead's capital consisted of 43,003,748 ordinary
shares of 10p each, with voting rights. The Company also held 3,902,230
ordinary shares in Treasury with no voting rights.

 

The above figure of 43,003,748 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Go-Ahead under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
