Lagardère (Paris:MMB):

As indicated on October 17, when the launch of a €500m bond issue due in
October 2017 was announced, part of the proceeds of this bond issue has been
used today for around €118m to reduce the amount of the €1bn bond due in
October 2014.

These operations are part of a prudent financial policy that aims notably to
maintain liquidity on the long run and to lengthen the average maturity of the
debt.

Press, Audiovisual, Digital and Advertising Sales Brokerage; Travel Retail and
Distribution; Sport Industry and Entertainment).
With a holding of around 7.5%, Lagardère jointly controls EADS.
