                Braemar Shipping Services plc (the "Company")

 

                         Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that, on 30 October 2012, the Company's Remuneration
Committee granted awards over a total of 130,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence
each ("Shares") under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") to
certain Directors of the Company, as follows:

J.R.V. Kidwell 75,000     160,000
M. Beer        55,000     55,000

These awards have been made at nil cost, will vest over a period of three
years and are subject to certain performance criteria based on the Company's
earnings per share over a three year period.
