NEW YORK -- October 30, 2012
L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today that it has changed its 2012
third quarter conference call to Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. ET
due to Hurricane Sandy. The press release of 2012 third quarter results will
be issued on the same day before the open of the market.
Severe weather is expected to continue to disrupt transportation, power and
communications in the Northeast on Tuesday, October 30, the Company’s
originally scheduled earnings date.
Michael T. Strianese, chairman, president and chief executive officer, and
Ralph G. D’Ambrosio, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will
