NEWTON, Mass., Oct. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- TripAdvisor, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRIP)
announced today that it will postpone the release of its third quarter 2012
financial results and earnings conference call, which was previously scheduled
for Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at 5 p.m. ET, due to the expected severe weather
conditions associated with Hurricane Sandy.

The earnings call has been rescheduled until after market close on Thursday,
November 1, 2012 at 5 p.m. ET. On that day, the company will issue its
earnings release and hold a conference call and live webcast to review and
discuss the company's business highlights and results for the third quarter
ended September 30, 2012. In addition, the company may discuss business and
financial developments and trends and other matters affecting the company,
