Kaman Corp. (NYSE:KAMN) announced today that it will postpone the release of
its third quarter 2012 results. The new release date will be after the stock
market closes on Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Management will host a webcast
and conference call to discuss the results at 8:30 am ET on Thursday, November
1, 2012.

“The severe storm bearing down on the Northeast is expected to impact areas
with heavy concentrations of our investors and the analyst community, and
potentially our headquarters location in Connecticut. As such, we feel it is
prudent to postpone our earnings release until after the storm has passed,”
