The September 2012 Triton Webcast Metrics national ratings show that among the
adult 18-49 demographic, Pandora has a weekly cume of 26,855,438. This
represents a 6% increase from the June 2012 Triton Webcast Metrics weekly cume
of 25,333,249, when Pandora reported that it ranks as the largest adult 18-49
radio network in the U.S. when compared to radio networks in the Arbitron June
2012 RADAR 113 report.

In the top local radio markets, Pandora saw cume growth in the adult 18-34,
18-49 and 25-54 demographics in the September 2012 Triton Webcast Metrics,
meaning that the number of different (unduplicated) individuals tuning to

to grow.

In the 18-34 demographic, the September 2012 Triton Webcast Metrics showed
that Pandora averaged a 1.2 AQH rating in the top local U.S. radio markets,
including New York and Los Angeles. At any given moment during the measured
time period, an average of 1.2 percent of a target population is listening to
Pandora. The September 2012 Triton Webcast Metrics local report can be found

major markets across the U.S., across every demographic. And as our audience
has grown, we have developed a unique portfolio of advertising products -
graphic, audio and video - that truly leverages the platform."

The September 2012 Triton Webcast Metrics are based on listener data from

including adults 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, Monday-Sunday 6:00 a.m. – midnight.
