rescheduled its 2012 third quarter earnings release and conference call due to
inclement weather associated with Hurricane Sandy, which will impact many of
the Company's call participants in the investment community.
MDC will now release its 2012 third quarter earnings before market open on
Thursday, November 1, 2012. MDC will host a teleconference the same day at
