AUSTIN, Texas -- October 29, 2012

Asure Software, Inc. (NASDAQ-CM: ASUR), a leading provider of workplace
management software solutions, today announced that John T. Anderson,
executive vice president, will present “Analyzing Fixed Versus Variable Real
Estate: The Economic Impact of Shifting to a Variable Workspace Model” at
IFMA’s World Workplace 2012, to be held Oct. 31-Nov. 2 in San Antonio, Texas.

“The workplace as we once knew it is changing at a rapid pace, a fact not
surprising when you consider that real estate is typically one of the top
three expenses for organizations, costing U.S. corporations tens of billions
of dollars each year for office and meeting space,” said Anderson. “Add to
that the predicted exponential growth in the number of mobile workers, and
it’s clear that the time to examine the benefits offered by the variable real
estate model is now.”

Anderson’s presentation, which will take place 1:30-2:30 p.m. on Wednesday,
Oct. 31 in the Expo Floor Solutions Arena, will cover topics such as the
market drivers for fixed versus variable real estate; how flex work affects
both the work force and the workspace; and how to gather and analyze data
needed to measure the actual value of real estate. There will also be a
discussion of the pressures companies are facing to expand headcount without
increasing real estate costs; strategies for reconfiguring space to
accommodate the modern worker; the expected growth of telework programs; and
what the future will hold for office space. The session will end with a Q&A
period.

Presentation attendees are eligible to receive Continuing Education Units and
Certified Facility Manager maintenance. Information about how to receive the
points may be found at
