                     Appointment of new Finance Director

 

SNR, the natural resources developer operating in South Africa, is pleased  to 
announce the appointment of Mark Rosslee  as Finance Director of the  Company. 
Mark is a Chartered  Accountant in South Africa  and has previously served  on 
the Board of AIM quoted Central African Gold Plc.

 

Mark started his career with Deloitte, Haskin & Sells in 1980, before  joining 
Kim Diamonds and subsequently De Beers Consolidated Mines Group, where he rose
to the position  of Group  Financial Manager  for NAMDEB,  De Beer's  Namibian 
Diamond Group. Mark has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Southern  Era 
Diamonds Inc, Southern  Platinum Corporation, Metallon  Gold Ltd and  Braemore 
Resources  Plc.  He  graduated  from  Wits  University  with  a  Bachelor   of 
Accountancy, he also obtained his Graduate Diploma in Mining Engineering  from 
Wits University in 2002 and a Higher Diploma in Mining Taxation from UNISA  in 
1986.
