Regulatory News:

Following today’s Central Works Council, the management of PSA Peugeot Citroën
(Paris:UG) and all the representative Unions have decided to start
negotiations on the employee support measures included in the restructuring
plan. Their objective is to reach an agreement before the end of the year.

The themes addressed in the scope of this agreement will be:

*Internal and external job placements and the associated support measures,
*Support and continued employment measures for senior employees,
  *Measures to support reclassification,
  *Measures to support industrial reconversions,
*The adaptation of the support measures of the social plan as a whole.

The negotiations and the employee representatives consultation procedure -
which has already begun – will take place simultaneously.

This approach reflects the Group’s willingness to pursue exemplary social
dialogue, with the aim of building an appropriate solution for each employee,
together with the employee representatives.
