Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons  

 

Hargreaves Lansdown plc (the "Company") has received notification today from
Ian Hunter, a PDMR, that on 25^th October 2012 he sold a total of 200,000
ordinary shares of 0.4 pence in the Company ("ordinary shares") at a price of
754.75p per share. The number of ordinary shares sold represented 0.0422% of
the ordinary shares in issue.

 

Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Ian Hunter
(including his connected persons) is 556,916 ordinary shares representing
0.12% of the ordinary shares in issue.  

 

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as
nominee for the above PDMR.
