Aggreko plc has received notification from Ken Hanna, Chairman of Aggreko plc,
that on  23 October  2012, his  wife  purchased 3,750  Ordinary shares  of  13 
^549/775 pence each, at a price of 2051 pence per share.

 

As a result, Mr Hanna's interests in the ordinary share capital of Aggreko are
13,438 shares.
