NEW YORK -- October 23, 2012

Value Line (NASDAQ: VALU) has initiated coverage on Kraft Foods Group,
Hillshire Brands, and Susser Holdings in its flagship product, The Value Line
Investment Survey^®. Beginning Monday, October 22nd, Value Line’s analysts are
evaluating the performance and business fundamentals of these stocks. The

Kraft Foods Group is one of the largest consumer packaged food and beverage
outfits in North America. It manufactures and markets convenient meals,
refreshment beverages and coffee, and other grocery items primarily in the
U.S. and Canada. Major brands include Kraft Cheese, Oscar Mayer meats, and
Maxwell House coffee. Kraft Foods Group was recently spun off from parent
company Kraft Food Inc. (now known as Mondelez International).

Hillshire Brands, formally known as Sara Lee Corp., is a food manufacturing
and distribution company that focuses on meat-based products for the retail
and food service markets. Wal-Mart and several other national purveyors of
food products are major customers. Jimmy Dean, Ball Park, and Aidells are
among Hillshire’s well-known brands. The corporation is headquartered in
Downers Grove, Illinois and employs approximately 9,500 individuals.

Susser Holdings Corp. operates retail convenience stores and the wholesale
distribution of motor fuel in Texas and Oklahoma. It currently owns and
manages more than 540 stores and has approximately 7,500 employees. The Corpus
Christi-based corporation possesses a market capitalization of around $725
million.
