                              Directorate change

 

ANT plc (LSE AIM: ANTP), a leading provider of software and services for the
delivery of digital TV, announces that it has appointed Stuart Darling as a
non-executive Director with effect from 19 October 2012. 

 

Stuart is an experienced finance director with a background in working with
growth companies. Having qualified as an accountant, Stuart was CFO of
Millennium Interactive Limited from 1993 to 1997 and CFO of CyberLife
Technology Limited from 1997 to 2000. In 2001, he was appointed as CFO of
Amino Technologies ahead of its successful flotation on AIM in 2005. Stuart
remained in that post until 2011 and for the last 18 months was also SV-P of
Operations. Since leaving Amino, Stuart has been CFO of Light Blue Optics
Limited and has now established his own business, CFO4Tech Limited, which
advises high growth technology businesses.
