Board Change

 

The Board of ARM Holdings plc announces today that Young Sohn will be stepping
down as a non-executive director with effect from 31 December 2012 in order to
take up an executive position at Samsung Electronics Corporation. 

 

ARM Chairman, Sir John Buchanan said:
