Inside Business, a local weekly business publication, created the Top Forty
Under 40 award 14 years ago to recognize local business professionals under 40
years of age. Honorees are chosen by an independent judging panel from
publicly submitted nominations. The winners will be honored during a banquet
tonight at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott and profiled in a special issue of
the magazine.

"Winning this award is an incredible honor and reflects the support and
encouragement I am given at work and at home to pursue my professional and
community interests," Sweitzer said.

Sweitzer is responsible for maintaining technical data for more than 300,000

responsibility in production engineering, manufacturing planning, process
excellence and quality. Sweitzer also serves as board chairman for Starbase
