Allied Pilots Association:

WHO: Allied Pilots Association (APA), certified collective bargaining agent
for the 10,000 pilots of American Airlines.

WHAT: Pilot picketing protest event.

WHEN: Monday, Oct. 8, 2012.

WHERE: Two locations: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. EDT at Oneworld Alliance headquarters,
2 Park Avenue, New York, NY; and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. EDT, Four Seasons Hotel, 57
East 57^th Street.

WHY: APA is seeking an industry-standard contract with American Airlines
management commensurate with the value the pilots bring to the airline. APA is
also concerned about the outsourcing of flying that should be performed by
American Airlines pilots, rather than by marketing alliance partners.
