  PetSmart Set to Join the S&P 500; Cabela's to Join the S&P MidCap 400 and
           Acorda Therapeutics to be Added to the S&P SmallCap 600

NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2012

NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- S&P MidCap 400 constituent PetSmart
Inc. (NASD:PETM) will replace Sunoco Inc. (NYSE:SUN) in the S&P 500, S&P
SmallCap 600 constituent Cabela's Inc.  (NYSE:CAB) will replace PetSmart in
the S&P MidCap 400, and Acorda Therapeutics Inc. (NASD:ACOR) will replace
Cabela's in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Thursday,
October 4. Energy Transfer Partners L.P. (NYSE:ETP) is acquiring Sunoco in a
deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final approvals.

PetSmart operates as a specialty pet retailer. Headquartered in Phoenix, AZ,
the company will be added to the S&P 500 GICS (Global Industry Classification
Standard) Specialty Stores Sub-Industry index.

Cabela's operates as a specialty retailer and direct marketer of hunting,
fishing, camping, and related outdoor merchandise. Headquartered in Sidney,
NE, the company will be added to the S&P MidCap 400 Specialty Stores
Sub-Industry index.

Acorda Therapeutic is a commercial stage biopharmaceutical company.
Headquartered in Ardsley, NY, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap
600 Biotechnology Sub-Industry index.
