Chairman and CEO, attended the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting of the New
Champions 2012 (the "Meeting") as a Mentor.

During a series of sessions, Mr. Jifan Gao, alongside key industry leaders,
explored the influence of new business models, industries and technologies in
the context of sustainable growth. As part of the 'Free Trade, Open
Collaboration and Fair Competition' session, Mr. Gao elaborated on current
developments in the Photovoltaic industry and commented, "We should work
