In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 Telecity Group PLC
("TelecityGroup" or the "Company") advises that:

 

As at  31  August  2012,  the Company's  issued  share  capital  consisted  of 
200,833,410 ordinary shares of  £0.002 each with  voting rights.  The  Company 
holds no shares in treasury.

 

The total number  of voting rights  in the Company  is therefore  200,833,410. 
This  figure  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the  denominator  for   the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a  change to their  interest in, the  Company under the  FSA's 
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
