MAUMEE, Ohio, July 26, 2012

MAUMEE, Ohio, July 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Dana Holding Corporation (NYSE:
DAN) announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend on its
common stock.  The Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share,
payable August 31 to holders of Dana common stock as of August 10.

was initiated earlier this year and will be reviewed by Dana's board on a
quarterly basis," said Dana President and Chief Executive Officer Roger J.
