FOLSOM, Calif. -- July 24, 2012

Rackwise, Inc. (OTCBB:RACK) (the "Company"), a leading developer of data
center infrastructure management ("DCIM") software and service solutions,
today announced that the Company has recently executed a license agreement
with HeidelbergCement AG (“HeidelbergCement”) to install and deploy Rackwise^®
DCiM X™ in HeidelbergCement’s key data centers located in Germany and the
United States.

One of the world’s largest manufacturers of building materials including
aggregates, cement, concrete, and associated downstream activities,
HeidelbergCement supports operations in more than 40 countries through this
critical global network of data centers. HeidelbergCement chose the Rackwise^®
DCiM X™ solution for its ability to centralize tracking, management, and
reporting of the physical asset inventory from a single solution and location.
After evaluating other available DCIM solutions, HeidelbergCement found the
Rackwise^® offering to deliver the most comprehensive solution set including
the capability to manage worldwide networks of data centers from a single
console. In addition, the Rackwise^® DCiM X™ solution provides an intuitive
interface through its open architecture design, enabling an accelerated time
to value resulting in better anticipated overall price-performance than
competitive alternatives. HeidelbergCement anticipates that initial deployment
will capture detail on information technology (“IT”) infrastructure assets at
all of the data center facilities, with future plans to consider technology
commission and de-commission, consolidations, virtualization, and power
management for cost and efficiency optimization.

Mr. Volker Foerster, Head of global Data Centre Operations, HeidelbergCement
AG, commented, “Installation and deployment of Rackwise^® DCiM X™ will provide
HeidelbergCement with enhanced levels of insight and control over our IT
infrastructure and data center facilities globally. We look forward to
achieving immediate positive results in our IT asset inventory tracking and
management capabilities and are eager to expand utilization of the extensive
array of product features and functions enabling overall data center
facilities optimization and cost efficiencies.”

Mr. Guy A. Archbold, Rackwise, Inc. Chief Executive Officer, added, “We are
extremely pleased to announce that HeidelbergCement AG has selected our DCiM
X™ offering to manage their global network of data centers and computing
ecosystems. Our Rackwise^® solution was again chosen over other notable DCIM
offerings for our superior robust capabilities coupled with anticipated
accelerated return on investment and shorter time to value than our
competitors. This most recent announcement further validates our leadership
position as the DCIM solution provider of choice among data center managers
and information technology professionals around the world, enabling customers
and users to assure reliability, discover hidden capacity, and enable
efficiency in managing their global network of data centers and IT
infrastructure.”
