CPPGroup Plc  ("CPP" or  the "Group")  today announces  that Stephen  Kennedy, 
Chief Operating Officer, and Mike  Kneafsey, Managing Director, UK &  Ireland, 
have stepped down from their respective  roles with immediate effect and  will 
be leaving the Group on 28 September 2012.

A process to find a replacement Managing Director, UK & Ireland is  underway.  
During the transition period Paul Stobart, Chief Executive Officer, will  take 
operational responsibility for the  UK & Ireland business.   At this time  the 
Group is not  engaged in a  process to appoint  a replacement Chief  Operating 
Officer. Going  forward,  the five  Regional  Directors will  report  to  Paul 
Stobart directly.
