The St. Joe Company (NYSE:JOE) announced today that it will host a conference
call on Thursday, August 2, 2012, at 5:00 PM (EDT) to review the Company’s
results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2012.

The Company will release its second quarter results after the market closes on
Thursday, August 2, 2012. St. Joe’s earnings press release will be posted on
the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website at www.joe.com.

ten minutes before the scheduled start time. You will be asked for a
