Time Warner Cable has launched the My Move™ service just in time for moving
season. My Move™ allows for new and existing customers to easily connect their
Time Warner Cable services to their new residence in a timely and hassle free
fashion through priority installation by a dedicated move specialist.

To take advantage of My Move™ services, customers can complete the Move &
Transfer Request form at www.twc.com/mymove or call 1-855-TWC-MOVE where a
dedicated Time Warner Cable Mover Specialist will walk them through how to set
up new or transfer their existing service to their new address, allowing them
to enjoy TV, Internet, and Home Phone better - without interruption.

Whether moving to an address within the Time Warner Cable footprint or to an
address covered by another cable provider, My Move™ allows customers to
receive immediate attention to either transfer services to the new residence
or disconnect services and direct them to their new cable provider via
http://cablemover.com.

Also, as part of My Move™ , Time Warner Cable is offering free installation of
IntelligentHome, Time Warner Cable’s home security and management service
