Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal announced that Charlie
Ditkoff, former vice chairman and head of Global Healthcare Corporate and
Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), has joined the
firm’s Healthcare Industry Group as a senior adviser based in New York.

As a top healthcare industry investment banker, Mr. Ditkoff has held senior
positions at BAML, Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston over the past
15 years, specializing in investor-owned healthcare companies. Charlie has
served as the senior strategist for some of the largest investor-owned
healthcare services and private equity firms during his tenure.

that, he served as a corporate securities lawyer at Cravath, Swaine and Moore.
