The Company today announces that it received notification on 4 July 2012 that,
due to the issue and Admission to trading on AIM of new ordinary shares of  1p 
each by the Company on 29 June 2012, the percentage of ordinary shares held by
Mr. Duncan McIntyre, Chairman of the  Company, has fallen from 3.0% to  2.4%.  
Mr McIntyre's shareholding of 24,580,614 ordinary shares has not changed.
