On 12 June 2012 the  Board of MediLink announced  that they had been  notified 
that Asdion Digital Advance System Sdn Bhd ("ADAS"), a 90% owned subsidiary of
Asdion Berhad ("Asdion"), had  entered into a  conditional agreement with  Law 
Chee Kheong for  the sale  of 22,000,000  ordinary shares  of 5p  each in  the 
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of  2.2 pence per Ordinary Share in  an 
off-market transaction (the "Share Transaction").

 

The Share  Transaction was  conditional only  on approval  of shareholders  of 
Asdion in an extraordinary general meeting of Asdion which was held at 10 a.m.
Malaysian time  on 18  June  2012 (the  "Asdion  EGM"). All  resolutions  were 
successfully passed at the Asdion EGM and the Share Transaction was  completed 
with an effective date of 28 June 2012.

 

The Board of MediLink  was informed by  ADAS on 29  June 2012 that,  following 
completion of the Share Transaction, ADAS no longer has a notifiable  interest 
in the share capital of MediLink.
