Regulatory News:

Carrefour (Paris:CA) announces the acquisition of 129 EKI stores by Carrefour
Argentina including 110 convenience stores and 19 small supermarkets.

With this acquisition, Carrefour strengthens its leading position in Argentina
and expands its convenience store network. These 129 stores are mainly located
within the capital city of Buenos Aires and the surrounding areas.

This transaction is subject to approval by the anti-trust authorities.
