Dinkes, Esq., CPA to the Board of Directors and Head of the Audit

announced that Michael Dinkes, Esq., CPA has agreed to join its Board
of Directors and will be appointed Chairman of BioPower's Audit
Committee. Mr. Dinkes, a seasoned attorney and Certified Public
Accountant, has previously served in roles of both President and
Chief Operating Officer of a public company with multiple
