NEW YORK, April 23, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --Brixmor announces the addition of 11
leasing associates and the appointment of three Brixmor leasing
representatives during the past six months with its focus on increasing the
portfolio's occupancy, further strengthening retailer relationships, and
enhancing revenue from ancillary programs.

Building upon its strong operating structure, the Company has added Cheri
Dolan as Vice President Leasing in the Southwest Region based in Houston;
Garen White as Leasing Representative in the Central region based in Chicago,
IL; Jeffrey Lautenbach as Senior Leasing Representative in the Midwest region
based in Farmington, MI; Peter Flynn as Senior Leasing Representative in the
Northeast region based in Boston, MA; Brigette Johnson and Nichole Katulich,
both as Senior Leasing Representatives in the South region based in Orlando,
FL; Garrett LeBlanc and Phillip Magnes, both as Leasing Representatives in the
Southeast region based in Alpharetta, GA; Linda Berger and Tammy Hovhannesian,
both as Leasing Representatives in the Mid-Atlantic region based in
Conshohocken, PA.

Adding to the Company's established national accounts program, Brixmor has
appointed Christine Leising as Vice President National Accounts, and has added
Robert (Bob) Dake as National Account Associate.

appointed Laura McLaughlin as Manager Ancillary Income.
