NEWTON, Mass. -- January 24, 2012

Kaminario, a leading provider of high performance, all solid-state Flash and
DRAM SAN storage solutions, today announced the Kaminario K2 was named among
the 11 finalists in the storage systems category in Storage magazine’s and
SearchStorage.com’s 2011 Products of the Year competition.

The storage systems category includes Fibre Channel and iSCSI storage-area
network, network-attached storage, multiprotocol systems, direct-attached
storage, hard disk drives, solid-state storage, disk controllers, caching
appliances, storage virtualization appliances and cloud storage gateway
appliances.

“We are honored to have the Kaminario K2 recognized in a category that
encompasses a broad range of storage solutions,” stated Dan Golan, CEO of
Kaminario. “With SPEAR™,its Scale-Out Performance Storage Architecture, the
Kaminario K2 is a cost-effective, blazingly fast and reliable all solid-state
SAN storage solution that is poised to revolutionize the SSD market.”

The specific Kaminario products honored as a finalist are the K2-F, an
all-Flash data storage system, and the K2-H, a hybrid Flash and DRAM system.
Both systems were added to the Kaminario K2 family of all solid-state SAN
storage solutions in September 2011. The Kaminario K2 allows customers the
freedom to choose the right solid-state drive media type for their specific
application performance requirements, workload and budget. The Kaminario K2
systems are being used in some of the most demanding mission-critical
applications, such as financial trading, ERP, CRM and OLTP. These systems
provide self-healing high availability and resiliency against failure at a
cost that is lower than that of legacy SAN storage.

Storage magazineand SearchStorage.com have chosen 48 enterprise data storage
products in six categories as finalists for the 2011 Products of the Year
competition. The panel of judges selected these finalists from nearly 200
entries in the six data storage categories: backup and disaster recovery
software and services, backup hardware, networking equipment, storage
management tools, storage systems, and storage system software.
