(OTCBB: XODG) (the “Company”), a market leader in LED lighting, announced today that it has signed an energy service contract with West Lake Resortopia to act as its energy service company (“ESCO”) and provide a broad range of comprehensive energy solutions including illumination and artistic lighting for environmental and architectural decoration. West Lake Resortopia is a resort which incorporates the mountains and natural scenery surrounding it in Miaoli County, Taiwan.
