debit card fraud, announced today that Paul Pasion, an expert in the payments
and financial software development industry, has been named Chief Information
Officer for mobiclear.
As CIO, Mr. Pasion will be responsible for managing the ongoing development
and deployment of all mobiclear technologies. "We are delighted to add an
executive with the breadth of talent and depth of experience that Paul has
