SolarWorld Korea Ltd. – a Joint Venture of SolarWorld AG and the Korean

its solar factory in South Korea with solar silicon wafers with effect from
the start of production in 2009. With the wafer manufacturer Nexolon Co.

the production plants for module manufacture whose capacity will initially
amount to 120 MW and can be doubled to 240 MW at the same production site.
