TIGER-CAT ENERGY LTD. FILES ITS THIRD QUARTER FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Calgary, Alberta CANADA, November 27, 2007 /FSC/ - Tiger-Cat Energy Ltd. (TCE - TSX Venture), announces that it has filed its Unaudited Interim Financial Statements and Management Discussion and Analysis for the period ending September 30, 2007. Copies of these documents can be viewed at www.sedar.com.
Tiger-Cat continues to monitor the oil and gas industry and other industries for transactions which it believes will be beneficial to its shareholders. As well, Tiger-Cat continues to monitor the planned developments by Santos Ltd. of the lands in Australia. As previously announced on June 25, 2007, Tiger-Cat is entitled to additional payments of up to AUD$8 million upon certain targeted proven plus probable reserves being located on the Australian property.
