LI-COR Biosciences and Aloka Co. Ltd. to Conclude Distribution

Agreement  LINCOLN, Neb. and TOKYO, Aug. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- LI-COR Biosciences and Aloka Co. Ltd. announce the conclusion of their distribution agreement for LI-COR Biotechnology Products effective August 31, 2007.  This decision reflects the strategic direction of both companies and enables Aloka to concentrate on its own product line.  LI-COR has appointed M&S TechnoSystems Inc. to distribute LI-COR Biotechnology Products and provide all customer service and support in Japan effective September 1, 2007. "Both companies are committed to a smooth transition ensuring customer service and support is provided at the highest standards deserved and expected by our mutual customers.
