workers, today announced an agreement with LatinFinance to build a custom
search solution for its online property, LatinFinance.com. LatinFinance
magazine is a leading source of Latin American financial market news and
analysis, published by Latin American Financial Publications Inc., a
subsidiary of Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC. 
Through its TrueKnowledge for Web(TM) service, Convera will build a
professional search capability that will enable visitors to LatinFinance.com
to search the Web for the information they need to make informed financial
decisions. The two companies have agreed on an advertising revenue sharing
plan.

publishers including CNET and CMP Healthcare Media, a division of United
Business Media.
