Permanent Financing for a California Industrial Park SACRAMENTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 2006 GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation (GMACCM) has arranged $23,000,000 in permanent, fixed-rate financing for a Sacramento, Calif., industrial park. The 376,038-square-foot Natomas Commerce Center is comprised of six industrial buildings. The properties are located at 1014 W North Market Boulevard, 1164, 1166 and 1168 W National Drive and 4105 and 4119 South Market Court. Natomas Commerce Center is currently 81 percent occupied. GMACCM Vice President John Fett, of the Sacramento, Calif., loan origination office, arranged the transaction through a correspondent life insurance company. Harsch Investment Properties, LLC received the funding. According to Fett, "We provided an aggressive loan quote and proceeds on a property still achieving complete lease up."
