company. Bontan Corp. recently announced that its wholly-owned
subsidiary, Bontan Oil & Gas Corporation (BOG), has entered into an
agreement with a private investor group in the United States to acquire
a working interest in a gas exploration project. The project is located
in the prolific natural gas producing state of Louisiana. There are
approximately 12 million shares outstanding.
