Former Vice Chairman of Borders Group, Bruce Quinnell

                    Joins PCCI Board of Directors 
  FORT WORTH, Texas, Dec. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Progressive Concepts
Communications, Inc. (PCCI), parent of Texas-based wireless and consumer
electronics retailer Hawk Electronics and publicly held Teletouch
Communications, Inc. (Amex: TLL) announced today that Bruce Quinnell, previous
vice chairman, president and COO of Borders Group, Inc. (NYSE: BGP) was
recently elected to the board of directors for a one year term.

From April 1999 to February 2002, Mr. Quinnell served as Vice Chairman of
Borders Group, Inc., after having guided the company as President and Chief
Operating Officer from January 1997 to April 1999.  Prior, he was the
President and Chief Operating Officer of Waldenbooks, the largest mall based
chain of bookstores in the U.S., with over 900 locations in all 50 states.
Mr. Quinnell is currently active as a senior management consultant to the
retail industry, and serves on the boards of Hot Topic, Inc. (Nasdaq: HOTT), a
high growth, teen-oriented retail chain, and Reading Is Fundamental, a
national non-profit group that develops and delivers children's and family
literacy programs.
