            - POMALS to deliver Location-Based Services and Enterprise
Applications to BlackBerry Wireless Handhelds -

WESTPORT, Conn., Nov. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Peace of Mind at Light Speed Inc.
(POMALS), a leading developer of location-based solutions, today announced an
alliance with Research In Motion Limited (RIM) (Nasdaq: RIMM; TSX: RIM), a
world leader in the mobile communications market, to deliver Location-Based
Services and Enterprise Applications to BlackBerry(TM) users. This agreement
is the first in what POMALS believes will be a series of alliances with
wireless carriers and mobile communication solution providers to deliver
location-based applications to business professionals and consumers through
its proprietary Monitoring Platform and Location-Based Browser.
Under the terms of the agreement, POMALS will develop Location-Based
applications and enterprise solutions for BlackBerry Wireless Handhelds(TM).
The initial launch product will be a Powered by POMALS sleeve for the
BlackBerry 957 Wireless Handheld(TM). Future development plans include
creating solutions for Java-based BlackBerry handhelds.
Once subscribed to the POMALS service, BlackBerry users will be able to
access a suite of location-based security, convenience, recreational and
enterprise applications, including:

       * ErrandAutomation(TM) -- Allows the user to select a local destination
and a means of notification that updates the selected business or
individual of your precise arrival time. For example, as you drive
home from work, the Powered by POMALS sleeve for BlackBerry handhelds
calls your drycleaner and plays your personalized preset message to
have your laundry ready and that you will be arriving in approximately
       five minutes.
       * Concierge Services -- Serves as a personal assistant that is aware of
your exact location and is able to inform you of nearby restaurants,
entertainment events, coffee shops or book tickets for a play and
provide step-by-step directions to the theater. The user can also find
and arrange for dinner reservations at the newly opened hot spot.
       * Bounding Box(TM) -- Specify temporal boundaries for the handheld. If
the individual carrying the handheld leaves the designated "box" or
does not arrive at a designated time, a contingency action, such as a
phone call or email, takes place, thus providing true peace of mind.
This patented application is of use for both a large mobile sales
forces or families with a busy schedule.
       * Emergency Services -- Locate the closest police station, hospital,
doctor, pharmacy or fire station, along with concise direction and an
       overview of services available.
       * "Panic Button" -- Immediately notifies police, or any other designated
individual of the users exact location when activated.

Initial enterprise applications utilizing Location-Based technology will
target vertical markets such as transportation and real estate to increase
field productivity and sales force efficiency. For example, real estate
agents showing a commercial space to a potential client can speak
knowledgeably about similar properties available in the area, quote recent
prices, and answer questions about local amenities and services. They can
access relevant property information by location and have answers to clients'
questions while they are showing the properties.
Commenting on the alliance, Coppy Holzman, President and CEO of POMALS,
stated, "By leveraging RIM's user-friendly wireless handhelds, we are able to
expand the functionality of the BlackBerry platform by delivering a variety of
location-based security, convenience and enterprise based applications. We
believe this agreement will rapidly advance the adoption of and appreciation
for location based services, fueling demand and market growth."
"Unlike other PDAs on the market, the Powered by POMALS sleeve for
BlackBerry handhelds provides location based services anywhere and at anytime,
allowing users to personalize them to suit their particular needs by location.
This agreement is expected to create a significant revenue stream for POMALS,
both through the sale of the 'Powered by POMALS' sleeve and monthly
subscription fees from users of our applications."
