    Custodian and Participant Paying Agent for the First Ever Floating Rate 
    Mortgage Pass-Through Security Issued in Canada

today that it has been selected by GMAC Commercial Mortgage of Canada, Limited 
(GMACCM Canada) to act as custodian and participant paying agent for the 
issuance of $210,187,000 Series 2002-FL1 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates 
issued by GMAC Commercial Mortgage Securities of Canada, Inc.
