Self Trade Awards Communications Contract to iSKY

  LAUREL, Md., June 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Self Trade, the UK's fastest-growing 
online share dealer, has awarded a communications contract to customer care 
specialists iSKY Europe (iSKY), a division if iSKY Group.  Under the contract, 
iSKY will run a number of campaigns encouraging customers to convert their 
paper share certificates and have them stored electronically in an online 
share dealing account.  
Online stockbroker Self Trade UK ( is part of the 
DAB - Self Trade Group, the largest European e-broking group.  
Self Trade is piloting a range of approaches for different types of 
customers.  Initially iSKY will carry out an activation program for four 
customer types, taking prospective clients through the benefits of online 
trading with Self Trade - immediate access to the stock market, real-time 
quotes and research tools at the click of a button, and instant paperless 
For one specific group, iSKY customer relationship associates (CRAs) will 
help customers transfer their paper share certificates into an online
