Phase Three Decimalization NEW YORK, Nov. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today announced the details of the third phase of its decimalization plan, which is part of an industry-wide initiative that began on August 28. Beginning December 4, 2000, in accordance with the industry conversion plan, the Amex will begin trading 15 option classes in decimals.
